About Us
IPG Workforce Solutions is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist customers in both English and French.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Completed University or College degree/diploma is mandatory
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
- Health care industry experience is mandatory (pharmaceutical experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
